Responsibilities:
- Spearhead an interdisciplinary development team through all stages of production in close cooperation with the Head of Development and other
- Facilitate effective collaboration between departments.
- Develop comprehensive production plans, establishing a foundation for team success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Actively seek input from team members, recognizing the importance of their contributions.
- Inspire to create captivating and innovative games and simulations.
- Guide and motivate, provide support, and communicate clearly.
- Celebrate milestones and achievements, recognizing hard work and dedication.

Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with agile techniques and traditional production management.
- Experience in tracking complex projects using project tracking software and providing support in unblocking issues.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications::
- Experience in VR/AR or location-based entertainment products.
- Understanding of restrictions and of possibilities in VR
- Understanding of VR game development with Unreal
- Passion for VR, games, Mixed Reality, and new technologies.
