Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce realistic VR experiences, including interactive narratives, immersive environments, and complex gameplay mechanics
- Collaborate with different teams, including artists, designers, and programmers, to bring VR content concepts to life while ensuring alignment with project goals and creative vision
- Manage all aspects of VR content production, including pre-production, asset creation, production scheduling, and optimization
- Ensure the projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
- Address the issues and challenges that arise during the production process
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content production, preferably with a focus on virtual reality (VR) or immersive media
- Proficiency in VR content creation tools and software
- Experience with content creation and Unreal Engine is preferable
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other Producers, within multidisciplinary teams, and across departments
- Passion for gaming, VR technology, a deep understanding of VR design principles, as well as user experience considerations
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Game Design, related field, or equivalent professional experience
