The Project Manager will work closely with our sales, events, support, and supply chain departments to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting of project development
- Planning, coordinating & organizing the installation of our entertainment systems at customers worldwide
- Collaboration with all operational departments to ensure customer satisfaction and further our business
- Identify and resolve project and operational challenges
- Leading contact for our clients projects
- Monitoring & coordinating of internal data protection and occupational safety issues
- Assistance of other project teams during vacation periods
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or operations related field OR
- 3+ years of experience in an international business AND
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Experience in project management and customer care
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
Mandatory:
- Fluency in German and English
