Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, planning and procurement of internal employee hardware
- Administration of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Dynamics as well as other local programmes and cloud solutions
- Administration of virtualised server landscapes, e.g. VMware ESXi 6.x-7.x
- Support and development of the Attlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence applications
- Analysis of technical problems and development of possible solutions
- Implementation of training courses and training concepts for users
- Development and administration of an automated test procedure / QA
- Participation in the selection of optimal hardware including the logical structure for current and future products in cooperation with the R&D department
- Close cooperation with the internal IT Security Specialist to ensure compliance with all necessary security measures
Key Qualifications:
- Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of Jira and the administration of Perforce and Jenkins desirable
- Knowledge of operating systems, servers and virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware)
- High degree of initiative, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
- A pronounced ability to think and act independently and analytically.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Previous experience in the use of encryption technologies and procedures (SINA, certificates, etc.) is an advantage.
