About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, 18 hours/week) (f/m/d) to support our growing Human Resources department. This role is ideal for individuals who want to deepen their HR expertise while maintaining a flexible work schedule. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting both administrative processes and team initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team

Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR databases, and documentation

Process onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation

Coordinate internal HR communications, meetings, and scheduling logistics

Manage incoming HR-related emails and phone inquiries

Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation

Support the HR team with record-keeping, data entry, and file management

Assist with special projects and various administrative tasks within the department
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or training in an administrative profession

1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Basic understanding of HR processes, employment documentation, and general HR regulations
