HOLOGATE is seeking a highly motivated Head of Technology to join our senior management team. He/she will work closely with the senior management team to set the strategic direction of the company and ensure that our technology stays at the forefront of the virtual reality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering and R&D teams to develop and implement new technology solutions.
- Work with our CTO on the strategic direction of the company in terms of technology and innovation.
- Collaborate with the sales, supply chain and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet them.
- Manage the budget for technology development and R&D.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company stays at the forefront of the virtual reality industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering and R&D teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology development and R&D, preferably in the virtual reality or gaming industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of C++ and C#.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in virtual reality development and operations is a plus.
- Experience with Unreal and 3D Print is a plus.
