Main Tasks

– Checking, recording and allocation of all incoming invoices
– Preparation of proposals and outgoing invoices
– Cooperation in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements
– Support with import and export preparations
– General office organization

Skills

– Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
– Practical knowledge of German tax laws would be an advantage
– Strong MS-Office skills, especially Excel
– Fluent German and English
– Strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail
